Megadeth

Megadeth is an American thrash metal band founded in 1983 by Dave Mustaine and counted, alongside Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax, among the genre's "Big Four". Shortly after being ousted from Metallica, guitarist and singer Mustaine formed the band.

With albums like "Peace Sells… but Who's Buying?" (1986), "Rust in Peace" (1990) and "Countdown to Extinction" (1992), Megadeth shaped genre history. The current line-up features Mustaine alongside bassist James LoMenzo and Finnish guitarist Teemu Mäntysaari.
