Dropout Kings Honor Adam Ramey With „Brace Yourself"

Dropout Kings are remembering their founder. With the video for „Brace Yourself", the Phoenix trap-metal band pays tribute to their singer Adam Ramey, who died in 2025. The song comes from „Yokai", the last album made with Ramey.

For the video and accompanying shows, the band brought together current and former members to play Ramey's songs together once more. The footage also features personal moments from the group's history.

In a statement, the band said in essence that they come together to remember and carry Ramey's work forward – for the person who started it all. Ramey co-founded the band in 2016 and shaped its blend of metalcore, hip-hop and electronics.
