In Extremo – 2026 castle tour and acoustic shows in winter

Bagpipes in front of castle walls: In Extremo bring their medieval rock show back to historic stages in 2026. Over the summer, the Berlin band play their „Carpe Noctem" castle tour at castles and fortresses across Germany.

Stops include Burg Esslingen (July 24), the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress in Koblenz (August 14), Klaffenbach Moated Castle in Chemnitz (August 28) and the Hanau Amphitheatre (September 11). The open-air season closes with a show in Lennestadt-Elspe on September 26.

November and December bring a contrast: on the „Tranquilo II" acoustic tour, In Extremo perform in Vienna, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg and Zurich, among others. Instead of walls of amplifiers, quieter acoustic versions of their songs take centre stage.
