Paul Di'Anno Documentary „Iron Maiden's Lost Singer" Out Now
The documentary about Paul Di'Anno, Iron Maiden's first singer, has been in cinemas since summer 2026. It was directed by Wes Orshoski.

Paul Di'Anno sang on the first two Iron Maiden albums before Bruce Dickinson took over the microphone. Around a year and a half after his death in October 2024, the documentary "Di'Anno – Iron Maiden's Lost Singer" is now reaching cinemas.
It was directed by Wes Orshoski, who previously made films about Lemmy Kilmister and The Damned. The film opened in the UK in early May 2026 and has been available in North America — as a theatrical screening and on video — since 9 June.
The documentary tells how two fans helped Di'Anno through a difficult period, allowing him to recover his health and revive his career. Contributors include James Hetfield (Metallica), Gene Simmons (Kiss) and Maiden founder Steve Harris.
