King Ultramega

King Ultramega is a tribute project honoring Chris Cornell (Soundgarden, Audioslave, Temple of the Dog). Founded by bassist Mark Menghi, the collective gathers rotating guest musicians to reinterpret Cornell's catalog across his bands and solo work – with never more than one song per release.

Past guests include Soundgarden guitarist Kim Thayil and Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale. The project sees itself as an ongoing celebration of Cornell's voice and songwriting.
