Queen

Queen formed in London in 1970 and rank among the most successful bands in music history. Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon fused hard rock with operatic drama, music hall and studio experimentation — a combination nobody had attempted quite that way before.

"Bohemian Rhapsody", "We Will Rock You" and "Don't Stop Me Now" still play everywhere, and their Live Aid set in 1985 is widely called the greatest live performance of all time. After Mercury's death in 1991 and Deacon's withdrawal, Brian May and Roger Taylor have toured as Queen + Adam Lambert since 2012.
