Russian Circles

Russian Circles are an instrumental trio formed in Chicago in 2004, bridging post-rock and post-metal. From quiet, slowly building passages, Mike Sullivan (guitar), Brian Cook (bass) and Dave Turncrantz (drums) grow massive, heavy soundscapes entirely without vocals.

Since their debut "Enter" (2006), the band has become one of the defining names in instrumental post-metal.
