Taake

Taake are a Norwegian black metal project formed in Bergen in 1993 and led since the late 1990s by sole mainman Hoest (Ørjan Stedjeberg). With albums such as „Nattestid ser porten vid" and „Taake", the band is regarded as one of the most distinctive voices in Norwegian black metal, known for pairing cold riffs with folk-tinged passages.
