Tom Morello

Tom Morello is a guitarist best known as a co-founder of Rage Against the Machine. His percusssive, effects-driven style defined records such as the band's 1992 self-titled debut and "Evil Empire".

After Rage Against the Machine, Morello played in Audioslave, released politically charged solo albums as The Nightwatchman and collaborated with a long list of artists. He is also known as a left-wing activist — a stance he credits to the influence of his mother, Mary Morello.
