Six Feet Under Have a New Drummer
Ruston Grosse replaces Marco Pitruzzella on drums – just in time for the summer shows of the Chris Barnes-fronted death metal band.

Six Feet Under have introduced Ruston Grosse as their new drummer. He replaces Marco Pitruzzella, whom the band parted ways with in early May 2026.
Grosse has previously played with acts including Master, Brutality and Inhuman Condition and is based in South Florida. The band around singer Chris Barnes and guitarist Jack Owen said they are looking forward to the "heavy groove" Grosse brings to the rhythm section.
Six Feet Under are touring North America in the summer of 2026, including a July 14 date at the Gramercy Theatre in New York. Their latest album "Killing for Revenge" arrived in 2024 via Metal Blade Records.
