Flotsam and Jetsam – New Album Rats In The Temple Due in August
Flotsam and Jetsam release their new album Rats In The Temple on August 28, 2026 via Napalm Records – thirteen new thrash metal songs.
The Phoenix thrash veterans are back: the new Flotsam and Jetsam album „Rats In The Temple" arrives on August 28, 2026 via Napalm Records. It is the band's label debut for Napalm and runs to 13 songs.
Ahead of the release, Flotsam and Jetsam shared the opener „Harvesting The Hate" with a video directed by Lance Gergar, as well as the title track „Rats In The Temple". Singer Eric „A.K." Knutson is convinced: he calls the record a beast and the band's best work yet — dim the lights, put the headphones on, and crank it up.
Since their debut „Doomsday for the Deceiver" (1986), Flotsam and Jetsam have stood for melodic, technically accomplished US thrash. „Rats In The Temple" continues that line — a 13-track album that puts its heaviest song right up front.
