Jennifer Finch, bassist of the rock band L7, has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain tumor and is undergoing treatment. The band shared the news.

According to the statement, what first looked like a condition treatable with radiation progressed rapidly. Unforeseen complications required several surgeries. A GoFundMe campaign has been set up to cover medical costs and home care.

The news lands as L7 were, by their own announcement, preparing to launch „The Last Hurrah Tour“, framed as a farewell. Its first leg was due to begin on October 9 in the US. Finch is part of the classic line-up that reunited in 2014.
